Services — Four lines of work

The systems your business runs on daily.

Online stores, company profiles, internal apps like CRM and HRIS, through to software built from scratch for the way you actually work — all with AI and automation designed in from the first line of architecture, not bolted on later.

[A] — Build — what I build

Four lines, one standard.

Every project is scoped individually, because no two businesses need exactly the same thing. Tell me what you need over WhatsApp — a full proposal with scope, timeline, and investment follows.

Most requested

E-Commerce Website

An online store you own outright. Stop renting shelf space on a marketplace.

Typical timeline — 4–10 weeks

  • Custom storefront + product catalog
  • Cart, checkout, and ordering flow
  • Payment gateway — Midtrans (ID) / Stripe (intl)
  • Courier and shipping-rate integration
  • Admin dashboard: products, orders, stock
  • Optional: AI chatbot & order automation

Outcome — Your domain, your margins, your customer data.

Company Profile Website

Not an online brochure — a machine that generates leads.

Typical timeline — 2–5 weeks

  • Page structure that answers prospect objections
  • Lead form + automatic WhatsApp/email notification
  • Portfolio, services, testimonials, FAQ
  • Technical SEO: sitemap, schema, speed
  • A light CMS so you own the content
  • Bilingual (ID/EN) if your market crosses borders

Outcome — Measurable inbound leads, not just a good-looking site.

Internal Business Apps

CRM, HRIS, POS, dashboards — the systems your team uses daily.

Typical timeline — 6–16 weeks

  • CRM: lead pipeline, follow-ups, client history
  • HRIS: employee data, attendance, leave, basic payroll
  • POS & inventory: multi-location stock, sales reports
  • Operations dashboard + exportable reports
  • Role-based access (admin, manager, staff)
  • Integration with the systems you already run

Outcome — Spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups replaced by one source of truth.

Custom Development

For the requirement that doesn't fit any box.

Typical timeline — Scope-dependent

  • SaaS platforms & multi-tenant products
  • Mobile apps (Flutter) for Android & iOS
  • API integrations & legacy-system migration
  • Internal tooling, scraping, and data pipelines
  • AI agents and RAG systems over company data
  • Technical & architecture audits for existing teams

Outcome — Built around how you work, not the other way around.

Third-party API and infrastructure costs (OpenAI, hosting, domain) are passed through at cost — never marked up. Every proposal states the scope and what's excluded in writing.

[B] — Integrate — AI & automation

Already have a system? Make it smarter.

The intelligence layer can be added to a platform that already runs — Shopify, WordPress, an internal app, or anything with an API. Smaller scope, faster to ship, and often the first step before a bigger build.

AI Chatbot

Trained on your own products, services, and FAQ. Answers customers 24/7 on the web and WhatsApp, escalating hard cases to a human.

[02] — Questions

The things clients ask first.

Why isn't pricing published on the site?+

Because a published number is almost always wrong for one side. A five-page company profile and an HRIS with payroll can both be called “a website”, yet they differ by multiples. Tell me what you need over WhatsApp — ten minutes is usually enough for an honest range, and a written proposal follows once the scope is clear. If your need doesn't actually warrant custom work, I'll say so.

What kinds of work do you take on?+

Four lines: e-commerce websites, company-profile websites, internal business apps (CRM, HRIS, POS, operations dashboards), and custom development for anything outside those three — including mobile apps, API integrations, and AI agents. The AI and automation layer can be added to all four.

How long does a project take?+

A company profile typically runs 2–5 weeks, e-commerce 4–10 weeks, and internal apps like CRM or HRIS 6–16 weeks depending on the modules. You see staging previews from the first weeks — not a black box that only appears at the end.

Do I own the source code?+

Yes. Full ownership transfers on final payment, along with documentation for the code, API integrations, and workflow guides. No hostage-taking.

Can you continue an existing project?+

Yes, and often. It usually starts with a short audit: reading the code, assessing its state, then an honest recommendation — sometimes the answer is fix it, sometimes rebuild. You get that assessment before committing to anything.

How do international payments work?+

Milestone-based via Wise or Payoneer, with currency locked in the agreement. Governing law is Indonesian; a small-scope engagement is a low-risk way to start.

What's never in scope by default?+

Copywriting, product photography, graphic design, and paid marketing. If you want any of those, we agree on it separately up front.
