About — Solopreneur since 2022

I build systems, and I run them too.

I'm Alif Nugraha, a full-stack developer who takes commerce platforms from the first wireframe to the production server — and stays to keep them running.

Most agencies build you a store. I build you a system. The difference shows up later — when your order volume triples, your inbox floods, and the platform keeps working as if nothing changed.

I run Alif Nugraha Studio as an independent practice, delivering online stores, company-profile sites, internal business apps like CRM and HRIS, through to bespoke software for clients across Indonesian, Malaysian, and US markets. That means I've written the proposal, designed the UI, shipped the full stack, deployed to the VPS, and answered the support message — often on the same project.

AI isn't a feature I bolt on at the end. I design it in from the first line of architecture: customer-service chatbots trained on a client's own data, RAG systems that answer from live documents and inventory, and automation workflows that quietly handle the operations a team shouldn't do by hand.

I work async-first and remote, and I lean on agentic tooling — Claude Code, Cursor — to move fast without letting code quality slip. The website you're reading is server-rendered at the edge on Cloudflare Workers. It's the same standard I hold client work to.

Currently

  • Building AI-native commerce systems under Wee·Commerce
  • Maintaining NexaMart as a live proof-of-work
  • Open to 2 new projects this quarter

Shipped work in three markets so far — open to clients anywhere.

Ways I work

  • Async-first, documented properly
  • Milestone-based, you approve each stage
  • One point of contact — no handoffs

[01] — How I work

Six phases, no black boxes.

Every engagement follows the same path — built to remove ambiguity, protect your investment, and ship on time.

01 — Discovery

I learn your business model, customers, and pain points before proposing anything. No generic solutions.

02 — Proposal

Exact scope, timeline, and investment — in writing, with what's excluded stated just as clearly.

03 — Design & build

UI/UX first, then full-stack development. You see staging previews throughout — no black-box delivery.

04 — AI integration

Chatbot training on your data, RAG configuration, automation setup — tested against real-world queries.

05 — Launch

QA, performance checks, and deployment. Nothing goes public before you approve it.

06 — Retain

Optional ongoing care: maintenance, AI re-training as your catalog grows, and workflow tuning.
