NexaMart
Store owners hear "AI-powered" in every pitch and can't tell slideware from systems that survive real orders. NexaMart is my answer: a complete AI-native store, running in production conditions, that I walk every prospect through before writing a proposal.
[01] — The problem
The claims are cheap. The proof isn't.
The brands I work with share three pains: marketplace fees eating margin, a support inbox full of the same twenty questions, and operations that only scale by hiring. Any agency can promise AI fixes that. Almost none can hand you the keys to a store where it's already working — so prospects are left comparing decks. NexaMart exists to end that comparison: click through a real checkout, ask the chatbot a hard product question, watch the back office run itself.
[02] — The solution
A store that answers, sells, and restocks itself.
A complete commerce platform where the AI isn't a widget — it's staff. The chatbot is trained on the entire product catalog and FAQ library, so it resolves product, order-status, and returns questions around the clock and escalates only the rare hard case. Five automated workflows handle the back office: order confirmations, low-stock alerts, follow-up sequences, and CRM sync run with no one at the desk. And the whole thing loads in under three seconds on a 4G connection, because a slow demo would undermine the entire argument.

[03] — Why this stack
Every choice is a business decision first.
None of these tools were picked for the résumé. Each one exists in the build because it moves a number a store owner cares about — conversion, support cost, ops headcount, or hosting bills.
Next.js 15 (SSR)
Pages render on the server, so product pages are fast and fully indexable — speed converts browsers into buyers, and Google into a traffic source.
Supabase / Postgres
Managed database with realtime — inventory and orders stay current without hiring anyone to babysit infrastructure.
Midtrans gateway
Indonesian shoppers pay with the local methods they already trust (VA, e-wallets) — checkout stops leaking sales at the payment step. Stripe covers international.
RAG over LLM alone
The chatbot's answers are retrieved from the live catalog, not improvised by the model — no confidently wrong answers to paying customers, and no stale replies as inventory changes.
n8n automation
Self-hosted workflows instead of per-seat SaaS subscriptions — automation that scales with order volume, not with your software bill.
Docker + VPS
Flat, predictable hosting cost and full ownership — no platform fees that grow with your success, no vendor lock-in.
[04] — The results
A demo that does the selling.
Most conversations that start at NexaMart skip "can you actually build this?" and go straight to scope. Sub-3-second loads, 24/7 AI coverage of routine support, and a back office running on five workflows — measured on the system itself, not projected on a slide.
